This boat cover has undergone rigorous testing, demonstrating a remarkable tensile strength of 520 lb, far exceeding the capabilities of 420D/600D oxford materials (maximum tension: 300-450 lb).

To ensure a secure and windproof fit, the cover is equipped with adjustable straps featuring high-quality ABS buckles that can withstand up to 160 lb of pull force. This helps keep the cover firmly in place, preventing it from being blown off during trailering.

Waterproof protection is assured thanks to the 900D oxford fabric coated with a PU backing, which has passed a 4000mm water pressure resistance test. Additionally, the two rear air vents with PE panels facilitate fast drying and balance the air pressure, minimizing wind effects.

For enhanced UV resistance, the cover's surface is treated with an anti-UV coating, shielding the fabric from wind-induced deterioration and discoloration caused by sun exposure.

The built-in widened webbing loops, sewn with 4-thread stitching, offer superior mooring functionality, and the 2-inch-wide tie-down loops provide a more secure and customized fit. An elastic shock cord is sewn into the entire bottom hem, further enhancing the cover's ability to conform to your boat's shape.

To simplify installation, the "front" label is clearly marked on the cover. Additionally, we have reinforced the wear-prone areas at the bow and stern, extending the cover's service life. All seams are double-stitched, and we have employed bar-tack stitches to secure the straps, ensuring exceptional durability.

This boat cover is designed to be a universal fit, suitable for bass tracker boats, V-hull tri-hull boats, and Jon boats with a length of 17'-19' and a beam width of up to 96". The included 900D waterproof storage bag can be used to store the cover, and it also serves as a convenient motor cover (size 24"L x 24"W x 24"H).
